Modifications.

1. The bug causing an error while entering serial numbers has been fixed (Nero, MS Office).
2. The New Universal Disk Wizard has been added.
3. The 'Run' tool for running files is now included in the distribution package.
4. The /cd parameter has been removed from the command line.
